Executive Chef Dan Margist opened Bread n Butter Catering in the winterof 2000, with a vision of creating Oxford's finest catering service.  Margist infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Chef Dan has worked at some premier restaraunts all over the country.  From Casinos in Atlantic City to Resorts in Hilton Head, NC Chef Dan new what gerat challenges and opportunities awaited him in Oxford.

In 2000 Chef Dan teamed up with Kathleen Widdoes to creat the best Catering services they could. Before he created thier first dish, he vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity.
